Owner description: The Beachy Head in Eastbourne is a country pub & restaurant oozing rural charm and rustic character. Our picturesque surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for savouring the hearty, seasonal pub-food on our menu, and the carefully nurtured cask ales and fine wines gracing our bar.

“Breathtaking!”
Reviewed March 13, 2013

Fabulous views, open space, a must for dog-walkers!
Now you have to pay for the car-parks, but it's well worth it for the amazing feeling you get from seeing so much space. It's like looking down on an Eastbourne model village!

“Cold, Windy, make sure you have great walking shoes!”
Reviewed March 1, 2013

We loved it but we were well wrapped up and had sturdy walking shoes on, we kept the dog on a very short lead!!
We walked down the path from the memorial to the lower cliffs and gave the dog a good run out...we also loved the beach at Birling Gap and being barbel to look up at the amazing cliffs from below....definitely worth a visit...

“Sea side promenade!”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

Excellent promenade to the sea side at Beachy head. Great view, and cliff landscape.
A bit windy in winter but perfect place to escape of stressful week life.
