We went to the spa having had a good experience there approximately 4 years ago. The receptionist was pleasant enough, but the masseuses were difficult to communicate with as they only spoke rudimentary English (and no Bahasa Malaysia at all). This obviously put a dent to the whole experience as there were miscommunications regarding the types of treatment we wanted and the entire experience was rather disjointed. We also felt rather rushed, which we would have understood except for the fact that there were nobody else there at the time. Decent enough treatments, but for the price we would expect a higher level of quality.
