We went to the spa having had a good experience there approximately 4 years ago. The receptionist was pleasant enough, but the masseuses were difficult to communicate with as they only spoke rudimentary English (and no Bahasa Malaysia at all). This obviously put a dent to the whole experience as there were miscommunications regarding the types of treatment we wanted and the entire experience was rather disjointed. We also felt rather rushed, which we would have understood except for the fact that there were nobody else there at the time. Decent enough treatments, but for the price we would expect a higher level of quality.

If you want to have your spa n massage at this place, make sure you do not get the late slot. advisable is from morning to noon safest. Cuz towards the evening, everyone is in the rush to go back. You might not get to have the exact duration which you have paid for .

Reached there without much difficulty using GPS, just remember to turn left at juction opposite the Tanjung Bungah hotel. Once turn in, drive uphill a bit and turn right and you will find the spa house. Once we are there, we was greeted by two ladies which then sent two foreigner to escort us to changing room. Each of us have a locker room to keep our cloth and was given cloth to change into, for man it is just a short pant.

Firstly they washed our feet, then we were given 15-20 minutes free time to enjoy the jaguzzi pool. The jaguzzi pool is great, and we have some sea view sitting in the pool enjoying ginger tea. Once done, we were escorted into our massage room (we was given balinese type room without asking, i know there have four type of room). After changing into disposable panty, we went through one hour massage. The air-con was too noisy until we can't hear the music, it is imperfect spa experience without the music. The massage was not as good as what we expected, we feel that it was not professional and a bit simply. Thought i asked for harder massage, most of the time the massage just done simply. Then, we were given the ginger scrub and asked to take our shower. After taken our shower, we have to walk across the living hall wearing our towel before we can reach the changing room to get change into our cloth, there is no privacy at all!
