Giles and David were very welcoming and made us feel very much at home, without being intrusive. We had the ground floor room which was very clean, comfortable with a great shower. Bottles of water were provided, plus the means of making tea/coffee (with access to fresh milk in a small fridge in the breakfast room) and biscuits etc. The room was imaginatively decorated, clean and fresh with some great touches - we loved the giant clock and the cactus! The breakfast was great - plentiful and made to order, with the offer of extra coffee/tea etc. Nothing was too much trouble - which unfortunately we put to the test when my husband left a shirt behind, and David very obligingly posted back to us. We will definitely return, and highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights in Sept 2016, in Room 4. David and Giles made us very welcome and we enjoyed our chats with them. They give you all relevant information without being intrusive.
Our room was very clean , comfortable and had excellent facilities. All information given on the B and B and room were totally accurate.
We were very surprised at the extent of the local restaurants....all within an easy walk. Take a torch if you walk to Langlands Brasserie, though ! The countryside and Coastal walks were stunning and within easy reach....we loved the coast walk from Mumbles to Caswell Bay......saw some seals too ! Don't miss Rhossilli Beach either....simply beautiful....and extensive.
We had a great time.......well recommended.

Highly recommended and deservedly so. Owners are very friendly, B&B very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Can't fault our stay at all. The Mumbles Main Street is just around the corner so very well situated. No hesitation in recommending and will return.

I booked this after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and was very glad I did as it was wonderful. We booked about a week before we stayed and the only room left was Room 4 which had an American theme, a kingsize bed and a very large bathroom which contained a big bath as well as a shower cubicle. The place was extremely clean and had lots of nice touches which added to the experience - there were ample quantities of Welsh teabags, coffee and drinking chocolate in the room as well as two free bottles of water and little packs of biscuits. I especially liked the touch of being able to get little jugs of fresh milk from the fridge downstairs in the breakfast room (as well as chocolate brownies!) rather than having those awful tiny pots of longlife watery milk you usually get in hotels and B & B establishments. All these things were just some of the many little touches which made this place so great - it is as though the owners had thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The bed was really comfortable and the whole place was quiet through the night and the early morning. Breakfast lived up to the rest of the experience as there was a really good selection of fruit juices, fruit, cereal etc and then also a choice of cooked breakfasts _ we had the full Welsh breakfast and it was also excellent with tasty smoked bacon and sausages - again I liked the touch of providing the little individual pots of sauces. We met both the owners and they were really friendly and chatty. So - yes, I really recommend this place and would definitely book here again when I return to Mumbles. The only tiny suggestion I would make is that breakfast could be until 10 on the weekend for those of us who have had a late night - but I must admit that it was worth getting up for!

Clean average size room and bath. Convenient binder in room with history of building and a good list of things to do and local restaurants with comments on each. Nice breakfast area although just had juice and coffee due to the big dinner we had previous evening . Good WIFI reception Quick walk to town center , seaside walkway and castle. Slightly uphill on way back. Meet both owners and they were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.
