This was an evening we will remember. In this small restaurant 11 persons sat down around the ”bar” following the preparation of the 18 most fantastic dishes. Not just the work of a real masterchef but also interesting information about the products used, different kind of sushi, traditions and more. The sommelier paired the wine excelent and presented the wine in a relevant and nice mode. The atmosphere was relaxed and social and the dinner lasted for 4 hours. Time was flying. The restaurant is just open 3 days/week and the line is now 6 month. Stand in line and hope for earlier possibility.
