The double room was spacious, very clean and had a comfortable bed. The hotel and the rooms probably hadn`t been refurbished since the late 70`s, but it was rather charming in a strange way... Our room had a small balcony with a stunning view overlooking the fjord. The hotel is run by a religious organization, so you are not allowed to drink alcohol anywhere on the hotel premises. It also has lots of religious pictures in the corridor, and a hilarious gym!
To our disappointment the breakfast was really lousy, old and dry bread, no homemade or locally produced products, terrible coffee and and a very sparingly selection of food.
The hotel is in Innvik which is a very quiet agricultural village, the nature is lovely, you can go fishing and hiking, but except for that there is absolutely nothing to do!More
