My boyfriend and I were here for NYE 2013/2014 and had the most amazing evening. Luckily I booked in advance as many places are closed early on NYE in Bergen so a lot of tourists couldn't find any available tables anymore in the few ones that were open. This restaurant was great though. Like everywhere in Bergen, you have to be prepared to spend some money, but here it felt totally well-spent. Portions are really big and the quality of the food and wines is excellent. We ended up going to the restaurant's terrace (with view on the water and mountain) to celebrate the start of the new year and were given free champagne - also a nice surprise!
