This restaurant is on an upper floor of a department store. My wife's cousin took us there for lunch. We sat near a window and had a good view somewhat dampened by the rain. The food was better than average. The women had a quiche dish and I had ravioli with bacon. The portions were good and the price was high but after all it is Norway and everything is too expensive.
