We invited our Trondheim dealers there last week. The restaurant is devided into two parts, and we went to the top floor Bistro part in the small alley around the corner. And what a 5 course dinner! The menu was presented by the wonderful waitress Iris who knew the menu by heart and wisely guided us through the wine list. The food was a selection from the genuine Norwegian cuisine. Not too heavy, well composed and it was a lot less expensive than we'd thought it would be. When leaving we said good night to the chef. A truly memorable evening we are still talking about at work.
