We dined twice at this restaurant during our 4 night stay in Trondheim and on both occasions we had a wonderful meal. The 5 course tasting menu looked great and we chose this both times. We ate a selection from:- baked king crab accompanied by crab salad, crab croquette (fantastic), crab mayonnaise (beautiful) and salmon caviar. Shellfish soup with a piece of cod and crispy skin, mussels and caramelised onion in a crab and crayfish bisque. Mushroom cream with slow cooked egg( swapped this second time around for a terrine if duck with pistachios, foie gras and chestnut purée). Next to come was a wonderful piece of reindeer with the best garlic creamed potatoes which we didn't want to end! On both occasions we finished with caramelised Italian meringue accompanied by lemon curd, lemon and chocolate curd (surprisingly good!) crispy meringue dots, gooey Italian meringue, raspberries and sand biscuits. Can highly recommend the restaurant.
