HOTEL: colonial style bungalow hotel with max occupancy of 100
ROOMS: We stayed in one of their villas (best rooms on offer). Very spacious over 3 floors and large balcony including a stone bath tub outside. Very clean. Beds are have a harder matress, but still comfortable. Big challenge can be due to the hallow walls, so you can hear your neighbors as soon as they listen to louder music or if phone rings.
LOCATION: Quiet location set in beautiful mature gardens. Ideal if you visit Kandy but dont want to stay in the city.
AMENTIES: Pool is big, nice and clean with separate shallow pool for kids. There is also a playground. SPA offers traditional ayurveda treatments. Standard massage $40. I was personally not impressed, the massage bed did not have a hole for your face, so lying on your stomach is not comfortable. My therapist didn't have a great technique, but my husband had a far better experience.
RESTAURANT: Staff clearly needs training - both us and the neighboring table had to order their drinks 2-3x before they came. however, they were very friendly! Food was well presented, some dishes were very tasty, but especially pork and beef were overcooked.
OVERALL: I personally found it good value for money and it was perfect for our 2 night stay whilst visiting Kendy. I would however not stay for a full week.
NOTE: we were in low season with 50% occupancy rate.

Room tip: Villas (rooms 60x) have great views and are close to the main pool and restaurant area

Very relaxing and beautiful place! It is about 25 minutes from downtown Kandy. The pool is great and the rooms were very nice and clean. We went on a nice nature walk across the road through the tea bushes. Very pretty
