Our party had 4 of the 5 courses (opting to skip the whale), along with the wine pairing. I thought all of the dishes were well-conceived and perfectly executed by the hard-working chef and his assistant. Our excellent waiter was friendly and charming and he kept our wine glasses full. We expected--and enjoyed--the leisurely pace of the meal and although the cost was much higher than we would pay back home, I feel it was worth every penny in Oslo.
