Last night we ate in the Radisson Blue as we arrived late in the evening. Food was fine but pricy. Today we had time to do a bit of research and found this restaurant on our doorstep! Very friendly - both customers and staff, and very good value for central Oslo.

Great food - recommend the giga burger. Very tasteful aioli. They serve good food and you get much for your money to be in Norway.

Recommended for lunch! Could be wise to reserve table, often many people, especially students. A bit noisy some times.

Arrived late on a Thursday and as we were staying across the road in the Radisson, we were glad to have an eating option at 10.30 pm so close. Nice quaint place, quite retro. Food was good be both went with burgers that tasted good and generous portions.

We'll, if you travel or plan to travel to Norway, you know what I mean under "affordable". These guys really love big numbers.
But still you can find cozy and nice places in the city center, where you don't have to pay much.
Tadaaaam! Till ins Cafe on of them!
The food that they serve is really healthy and tasty, and we are not talking only about carrots and spinach sprinkled with a lemon juice.
Big tasty salads with salmon, soups and wide varieties of wraps!
Yam!
If you want to save, I also suggest you to purchase an Oslo Pass, which is available to buy in several service points in the Oslo city center. It gives you free access to museums and public transport, and a number of special offers and saves you a lot of money, believe me!

Tullins Cafe, situated opposite Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel where we stayed during our recent holiday in Oslo, is one of the best and cheapest restaurants in the Norwegian capital city. We've been there twice and truly loved it. I strongly recommend their salmon salad, chicken wraps served with a green salad and pasta with chicken curry. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert. I would also like to thank our waitress, Alexandra, who was friendly, polite and very helpful.
