The atmosphere in Plah is nice and the service was professional the evening we visited. We were 6 persons testing their 8 course menu, and were more impressed by the presentation than the preparation of the dishes. In spite of the many dishes, the variation of tastes was limited. The use of excellent Norwegian raw material as king crab and halibut was interesting, but not very successful. The taste of the king crab disappeared in a disappointing and rather tasteless spring roll, while the sauce served with the halibut completly overwhelmed the taste of the halibut. All in all though, we had a pleasant evening in the restaurant, more because of the atmosphere than because of the food.
