“Historical”
Reviewed May 7, 2012

If you get the chance do buy a ticket wich gives you the opprtunity to get inside. Foundation made in 1824 and finished in 1848. At the front there is a wonderful statue of the founder King Carl Johan (Marshal in Napoleons army Jean Baptiste Bernadotte). King of Sweden and Norway. He died before the building was finished. The architect was danish. named Linstow. The norwegian queen and king have an appartement up to left seen from the front.
