“Not quite what I expected.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 26, 2014

Have had two dinners here the last month. The same meal tasted different the other time (from very spicey to mild)

I had a panang curry/coconut milk dish, and the potatoes in it was raw in the middle! There was only one other table eating here, so the kitchen were not busy either. Expensive as well. (130-165 NOK for one takeaway dinner)

A poor resturant in the middle of an interesting block with many good restaurants. Dont go there.

“Hmmm”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 6, 2013

I read and heard a lot of good reviews about this place, and have to admit I only ate there once so I can only review what my experience was.

I ordered the Green curry with chicken, spicy, take-away. The waiter was extremely friendly and attentive and the food came quickly. There were some falangs and some thais eating there.

First of all, I have spent years in Thailand and have travelled almost over the entire country eating everything from bus-stop noodle soups to Michelin starred Thai food in Bangkok.

This was squarely in the middle. The green curry was very very oily, something that turns me off, but the flavours were decent. It wasn't as spicy as I asked for (I guess they get enough dishes returned by Norwegians who think tabasco is KILLER HOT), but it was decent.

I prefer Nam Fah in Oslo if I am hankering for Thai, but this is a fairly good option.

“Fantastic food, nice prices and smiling service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 9, 2013

Been here 3 times now, and the last ones was the best. The soup is amazing in taste, size and spicyness. The massamcurry, pork belly in holy basil also very good. Papaya salad very good also. Prices are very nice, and portions good size. Service is al smiles and friendliness. Only drawback is to much peppers and same vegetables on some main dishes. But bottomline is this is a hidden gem and i warmly recommend it ;)

“Authentic Thai in Oslo”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 22, 2013

We've tried a number of Thai restaurants in Oslo, and find this to be one of our favourites, closest to authentic Thai, great food, nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, a true taster of Thailand in central Oslo. The chef has also worked at the Thai Embassy, that itself reflects how good she is!
