My wife and I both enjoyed our meals. The reindeer stew was particularly good. Prices were reasonable for Oslo. The only minor criticism is that the staff were clearly struggling to keep up, which meant there were a couple of unimportant mistakes; which they resolved politely.

We came based on the trip advisor rating and it was right!!
Each of us (3) had a different flavor dish and they all turned out perfect.

Yes prices are the oslo style but on the modest side.

Great places and super service!!

Nothing much to say about this dining experience -- the service was very slow (but not overly slow by most European standards), largely because the restaurant appeared understaffed.

The atmosphere is very non-descript -- almost like a cafe with a restaurant added to it. We dined on a Thursday night and it was busy even later in the evening so that could have added to the slow service.

Overall food quality was fine -- no issues with our order and everything was fresh and well prepared.

In general, a very average experience -- probably a little more suitable for locals looking for a convenient restaurant definitely not something worthy of a special trip when time is limited during travel in Oslo. I'm certain there are far better choices to consider for any travelers just pass through Oslo.

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner because we heard that it was good Norwegian food without the standard Norwegian prices. The food was indeed good, but the price was pretty standard. I think our main dishes were CHF 40 (about 260 NOK) each, my girlfriend's beer was CHF 20 (seriously?), and desserts were about CHF 10 each.

The food was really good though, and our waitress was very friendly (a trend we were happy to see in Norway).
