Beautiful view of the city, clean, comfortable beds, and great breakfast with a huge selection. No complaints. I have never stayed at a Radisson Blu before but I would definitely would stay here again.

Radison Blu always delivers in my mind. This particular one has some very nice views over the city and the Oslo fjord if you get a room high up, I stayed at the 22nd floor.
The room decor is a bit dated and doesn't quite fit with the steel/glass exterior or very nice lobby area. As always in Norway, and minibars in particular, this one is VERY expensive. 55 NOK for a coke is not even funny. But this does not say anything about this hotel, it's just Norway.
The sky bar on the 34th (?) floor is well worth a visit.
Breakfast is good business hotel standard, albeit a bit strange that they had to fry one slice of bacon into the eggs. So if you eat more than one slice of bacon you also eat more eggs...Cost saving I guess.
Friendly and efficient staff all around, I think.

Room Tip: High up to enjoy the views.

Located beside the central station, this hotel is a good base from which to explore Oslo. The room is clean and modern, with a nice view over the city. The bathroom looks a little retro with towel warmers and a floor warmer as well. The breakfast area had charming interiors, and there was a good selection and quality of breakfast food. Best of all, the hotel offered free internet, which is indispensable for free-and-easy travelers like my husband and myself. There are two malls nearby, Byporten and Oslo City Shopping Centre, where one can dine and shop. Considering the steep prices of restaurants in Oslo, the food outlets in the malls are a cheaper alternative. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Oslo.

Very close, almost walkable to bus station. Thats best advantage, especially if you are very tired from your journey.

However, I found the waiting at reception more than 20 mins (Mostly all trainee staff).

Stayed in a family room, which was an ordernary room, with a sleeping sofa for the children. Payed axtra for early check in- but the room was not finished. Later they came to make the beds and extra owels and so on. The room was not clean, found a toy that someone before had forgotten and som hair from earlier guest... There were alot of children at the hotel this weekend, but still - the pool aera was dirty, no one cleaned in the waredrobe, and dirty towels was in a big pile at the floor. The breakfast was good, but there was different choice of food in the to sections- so i recommand to see the breakfast at the ordenary breakfast hall, and not in the other area. In the end, the localization is perfect- and taht gives a lot of value for money. But still- the hotel must be better with cleaning, and organization of the breakfast.

Room Tip: Higher levels give better view..

If you have over €200 to spend for a hotel, go somewhere else. I stayed here on business for one night and the hotel, food, look and feel et cetera are not worth a visit. Besides the fact that Oslo is expensive, you would expect some form of comfort in a hotel like this. Everything comes across as old, worn down, out of date or out of order.I will truly never use this hotel again, and I have seen my share of hotels. This is definitely somewhere in the bottom regions of that list.

Room Tip: Avoid the hotel

Nice hotel in downtown Oslo. Extremely convenient location. Just take the express train from the airport to the central station (about 15-20 minutes) and the the hotel is just a very short walk across a footbridge. Internet and breakfast were included. Breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of selection. The room was clean, up-to-date, and fairly large for a European hotel. I was on the 20th floor and had a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.
