The Ski Jump ended up being really cool to checkout I couldn't believe how massive it was. If your in the area definitely swing by as it is a bit outside the city.

We went there a few days before christmas with some friends from Germany. They really loved it! The museum is ok, but the view from the top of the ski jump is spectacular. Few people and no waiting for the elevator. A must do for visitors is Oslo - must be good weather.

We went all the way up to experience to most beautifull views of Oslo. We must visit again in winter. Go ahead and do it if you're around.

Situated high above Oslo is this ski jump and museum. There is a lift to the top of the jump so you don't have to climb much and it gives you a great idea of what a ski jump is. Fantastic views from the top. The museum has a lot of ski equipment and fashions-very interesting.

Although we didn't visit the museum, it was still impressive to see the ski jump. We took the T-1 train (T Bane) up to the Holmenkollen station (very easy system to use) and enjoyed the 700m uphill walk from the station up the jump itself. Even though it was a foggy day up there, it was a cool sight. On the way back to the station we found a Game of Thrones throne made of skis!

From the train ride, it was interesting to see how the (likely rich) Norwegians live in the hilly suburbs.

If you found my review helpful I would appreciate your vote.
