“Great views of the city”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

Used our Oslo Pass (great!) to take the tram out to the Ski Jump. Took the elevator (also covered by the Oslo Pass) to the top for great views. Then watching zip liners. Nice diversion from city touring. Took the tram back as far as Frogner Park - nice way to spend an afternoon.

“Wow”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

This requires a ride on the subway to reach and then a 10 to 15 minute walk uphill to get there. Is it ever worth it. The view of Oslo, the harbor, and the fjord is amazing. There is a zip line that I would have enjoyed, but it closes early and I missed it by about a minute. The museum is very informative, in sections, and has lots of pictures. This is really a must see!!!

“Go early and avoid the crowds”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

This was something to see- recommend it- We were there early and it was not crowded at all. but it seemed some buses were starting to show up as we were leaving- better get there early. The elevator is slow and the wait can be long to go to the top!

“it is a high! on a clear day you can see forever”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

Just being up there gave me a new respect for ski jumpers. An feat in engineering to build such a structure. Lots of visitors, we managed to hit the elevator between bus groups so we did have too long a wait to go up. Amazing views. The museum taught us a great deal about history of skiing. The most interesting part told about the woods used to make skis and the techniques used to make skis.
