read the title, think about it, and just do it. It is incredible, you will never watch downhill the same again.

Anyone interested in wintersports for the able and disabled would find the ski museum interesting. Had a fabulous hot chocolate with whipped cream and waffle with strawberry jam and sour cream sitting outside enjoying the panoramic views of Oslo and the surrounding harbour.

If you think Oslo can't get any more thrilling, think again in summer. Heard and seen a lot about in tv for ski. But imagine soaring 361 metres with a breath taking view of the city. Steep ride but even the price. But worth and safe.

We ventured up to the Ski Museum without intending to go up to the tower but once we got up to the area where the cafe is we decided to go ahead and see the museum and go up the tower. The museum is very well done and quite beautiful. When we made it up to the top of the tower we only had a couple minutes to admire the view because a thunderstorm came in and we had to descend. Even if you decide not to tour the museum and the tower you can still enjoy fantastic views of Oslo from Holmenkollen. We returned the next day to see the troll at the base of the jump and to walk around a bit more. If you have a chance and some time to kill it's worth a trip out to Holmenkollen.

Take the tram line to the end and walk down to Holmenkollen. An enjoyable day trip to not miss. Loads of locals stop here, too.
