I visited the main restaurant yesterday (September 9th 2012) for a meal prior to the performance. First; I have never ever seen so inefficient waiters running back and forth, without carrying anything! With my own back-ground from hospitality industry, I early learned that working efficient is a key, and never go empty-handed! Either it is the lay out of the restaurant, or lack of training/follow up from restaurant management.
When the main course arrived, it was cold and I had to reorder. At second try the food was "ok", nicely arranged on the plate, and an average presentation from the waiter - but it lacked flavors. You pay a fortune for eating here, and price does not compare value.
If this restaurant had another location, and not situated in the opera-house and the scenic view of the sea-front; it would been out of business long time ago!
