We have been here many times before , it´s our favourite restaurant in Oslo,, and again we had a wonderful meal a week ago.. We found the "skrei" (the cod) excellent, the lamb was tender with a wonderful sauce and we had the fondant as dessert, we loved the mix of sweet and salt. How could anyone who knows anything about food not like that meal? That is a mistery to us. We are a food-loving family, eat a lot in good restaurants all over the world, and we are just coming home after a visit to the southern part of France where we did not eat so well anywhere as we do in "Brasserie BLANCHE". We had several lunches in Michelin restaurants, but we find that we eat better here, specially we find the meat more tender and with fantastic sauces that we often do not get in France. We can recommend this restaurant to everybody who like a good meal and a good atmosphere.
