“Cheep Indian meal in expensive Oslo”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2014

This restaurant is in city centre close to central train station and offers a variety of very delicious indian dishes. The prices are considered cheep when compared with other options in Oslo. The service is good and quick. If you are for indian food give it a try and you will not regret it.

“Average food - Better arrangement”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 15, 2011

The restaurant is located at Grondland 22 at Oslo and is at the corner of a busy underground bus station called "Thay Baan" in the local (Norwegian) language. The restaurant caters both veg and non veg dishes.

I am a die hard traveller and a food lover and always have close look at the seating arrangement, cleanliness of the restaurant/sitting place and dishes. I found it all very well, specially the way, the food was served.

A big tray, bearing your favourite/ordered dish along with fresh hot Naan (Bread) and complimentary fresh green salad, Raita (traditional catchup) and Pickle. Quantity of food is high, yet is served again free of cost if required.

Further, they have own kitchen at the back side, which is available to be visited by the customers, which is a great and confident sign by the restaurant management.

Prices are nominal and i recommend this food to everyone.

“Bad food at the Tandoori Curry Corner”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2009

We're a ovo-lacto vegetarian couple from India always searching for decent food options when we travel.
(i.e. we eat eggs & dairy products but no meat & no fish)

The food at this place is quite bad. Their Naans were quite bad ... tasted like they were made from some ready-mix. The Palak Paneer (a vegetable supposed to have Spinach gravy and Cottage Cheese) was without the Paneer (Cheese).

I'd avoid this place.
