Peter was a great guide and took us to a nice spot to see the lights. Kris, the driver and cook was very nice too. We had hot chocolate, homemade soup and hot dogs.

My partner and I took the Polar Fjord Cruise on Sept 16. What a wonderful day on the water. Online booking was smooth and the staff of Halinka, Philip and the Captain were warm and enthusiastic. We had a wonderful sunny day, and were fortunate to see sea eagles, dolphins, and several guests had luck with the fishing. Philip is full of interesting stories about local history and wildlife, and sought out the answers to any questions he was unsure of. Halinka is a bright and cheerful personality who made everyone smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We went on a minibus tour to the island of Kvaløya. Our guide was Felix, he's a very nice guy and very knowledgable about the area and always informing us about the areas and sightings we're passing through by the bus. We made a couple of stops around some amazing fjords and sceneries to take pictures and explore the amazing nature of Norway.

It is Autumn right now and the weather wasn't perfect, slightly rainy, but it didn't matter much as we were provided with rain and heat suits. We stopped to make a bonfire and have some hotdogs around a really scenic fjord. The hotdogs were delicious and the view around made them even better.

If you want to experience Autumn in Tromsø in all its colours, this is an amazing trip and Kvaløya is breathtaking.

Dear guest, thank you so much for your understanding
We are so happy you liked the tour, the guide tried his best to make up for the difficult weather conditions. As we live in an area with a lot of micro climates, we have a saying
«There is no bad weather, only bad clothes “
We are so happy when it happens that we see a clear blue sky

Kind regards
Marlene and the team

I am going out of my way to give these guys a fantastic review because they are utterly professional, friendly, and they deliver. We booked a 5 hour fjord tour during which we saw eagles, and dolphins. There were several stops for fishing, and the fish soup provided, excellent! The crew was warm, inviting, knowledgeable and just simply nice! We enjoyed ourselves so much, that we decided to book their northern lights tour later that evening. We had just finished paying when the tour manager realized that they had to change vans, and there was only room for one person. Besides being extremely apologetic about circumstances beyond her control, Marlene took it upon herself to find us another tour operator, that was small and intimate and similar to what they offered. Marlene not only found an alternative for us, but also covered the differential cost herself since the other company was a little bit more expensive. She kept me apprised of every, and confirmed via text message, and told us what to expect. This is what I call SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. I want to return to Tromsø. There is so much to do regardless of the season, and there is no doubt I would use this company again.
