My fiance and I stayed at Anemone for 10 nights in February this year, and really enjoyed our stay. The B&B was lovely, really homely and Oystein and his wife were very welcoming. The B&B itself was really clean and warm, and our room was great. The beds were nice and comfy, and the kitchen area was well stocked and great for keeping costs down. The location is ideal - just a half hour walk from the city, 40 from the airport, 20 from the shops, and away from the light pollution of the city - crucial for when you want to see the Lights.
Oystein is very knowledgeable about Tromso, and had lots of great suggestions of where to go to get the best chance of seeing the Northern Lights in different local weather conditions. We were also able to hire skiis from him, and the winter suits able for use any time free of charge were superb, and made waiting out for the Lights for hours as comfortable an experience as it can be when it's 20 below!
Couldn't recommend Anemone enough, and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
