The best thing about the Arctic Cathedral are the views out over the city and fjord, as it sits quite high up. The church itself is not really that big. It has an interesting stained glass window behind the altar, and if you like pipe organs there is a rather grand one.
However, there is no one there to play it for you, and that would be something to hear.
However, the church, though it is a working church, charges admission. Since we can use the restrooms and it costs to let us keep them clean, maybe that's not so bad, but it seems wrong to charge admission to a church.
The church itself is rather minimalist , white, and with an icy feel. It is called the Arctic Cathedral, but it is really just a very large A-frame metal building. It is modern. It takes all of about 5 minutes to see the inside of the church.
So unless you're a stained glass window and/or organ expert, it's okay as a place to see,
but like I said, it's the views from the landing in front that are the best thing about it.
