Average hotel, a bit run down, but clean and convenient if you are spending one night in Bodo before taking a ferry to Lofoten.
Do not forget to go and have a drink in the bar located on the top floor of the hotel that enjoys a great view (but you don't need to be a guest of the hotel).

I was there late June as part of a 3800 km motorcycle tour of Norway. Very nice hotel (in spite of impersonal décor) surrounded by building sites, but we arrived after they´d finished and left before they started. Right in front of the wharf, very close to the BMW motorcycle dealership (one of our bikes needed attention). Breakfast very good (in spite of an interior designer who - judging by the overuse of grey - seemed to have spent most of his/her life in prison) easily the best cup of double espresso I had in two weeks in Norway.

The hotel is currently surrounded by building sites. Our rooms very somewhat run-down, and an extra bed that had been preordered was not in place. Dirty underwear had been left in the bathroom by a previous guest.

Breakfast is very nice, and the hotel offers free parking.

Alll in all, there are other hotels in Bodø that offer fresher rooms and more attentive staff at a lower price.

Norway is expensive for a Swede and hotel rates are no exception. This was the one of the cheapest option we found when we had to spend a night in Bodö before heading further north in Norway. The hotel was just as expected but a few things stuck out: The breakfast was one of the best hotel-breakfasts I ever had. The view from the skybar was stunning (we stayed at the hotel during the summer when the midnight sun is something special). The Caesar Salad in the restaurant is priceworthy and different (but in a good way).

The hotel has great location, but Bodø city center seems to be under reconstruction. We had no noise complaints, though - but the Radisson itself could also use another round of renovation soon.
The room was fine, but did not have a harbour view. Despite our silver goldpoints card, we were not offered any upgrades, not even to a room with a view. Slightly disappointing.
We had drinks at the sky bar - fine view of the harbour from there, but again the decor was really getting a bit tired. The original oranges and browns on the walls have started showing through.
Otherwise, beds and room itself was fine. Internet of course for free. Far from the best Radisson in the world, but alright.

Room Tip: Don't pay for street parking - the hotel will give you a free pass

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Harbor location is nice. Unfortunately, our room was on the back side of the hotel so our room looked over the city. We had an evening meal there. The food was okay. Interestingly, the dining area is rather large and, besides my traveling companion and me, there were only two or three other groups (2 to 3 people per group). We were there during 'normal' evening meal time and the emptiness of the dining area was peculiar. All in all, if I return to Bodo I would stay at this hotel again.

In general it is all good, besides the road work around the hotel which is very noisy. Good view, soft bed, warm shower...little nice cozy room.
