“Perfect stay”

We only stayed one night (our wedding night). Everything was perfect, staff was extremely friendly, a minor mistake got immediately corrected without any discussion, room was super comfy, spacious and clean.

We stayed at this hotel for a 4 night midweek break. It was booked as part of a package through an airline The package included breakfast within the price.
The hotel external appearance and internal lobby area gives a clear impression of quality and cleanliness. This impression is carried through to all areas of the hotel. As far as I was concerned the presentation of the hotel was faultless. I have found in the past that even top hotels sometimes struggle to keep bathrooms, showers, etc clean and new looking. Not so here, walking into the room you could have easily been forgiven that you were the first guests at the hotel.
The hotel is well located. Barely minutes walk from the State Opera it has tram, bus and underground stops within meters and a CityBike stand across the road. An excellent location for central Vienna, and equally for exploring further afield.
The room itself is a generous size, a large comfortable bed, excellent in room coffee (Nespresso) and a great bathroom. Some reviews had commented about the street noise, even though the bedroom looked out over a side street along which the trams ran, we had no problems with noise.
The breakfast was excellent, I would recommend the hotel's speciality breakfast, although not too often, a generous number of courses starting with sparkling wine and passing through a range of Viennese classics. All covered by the bed and breakfast rate.
The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, from the first moment when we arrived and realised that we had lost one of our passports, they rang the taxi company to put out a call to all the cabs, and then later helping us resolve a problem with our City Bike registration.
I will be recommending this hotel to any of my friends who head to Vienna

Room Tip: We had no choice, but were not troubled even though the room overlooked a regular tram line. Excelle...

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The hotel is very comfortable and nice and the location is very convenient. From the moment we checked in and were given a tour of our room, we found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. The room had everything including an espresso machine. After we left and continued our trip through Europe we kept comparing our hotels to The Ring. If ever back in Vienna this would be my first choice.

The Ring Hotel is located in the best possible part of Vienna which I love the most! There are many restaurants, bars, shops and attractions around within a walking distance that will satisfy different tastes. The hotel is beautifully decorated with luxury elements yet having a casual spirit. My attic room was with an average size with bathroom and a separated toilet. the amenities were complete and cleaning service was quite good. TV and in-room entertainment was very complete where you can find something from wide variety of languages around the world. Breakfast in my opinion was at its best, you have a choice to have your high quality tasteful a-la-cart breakfast outdoor watching people passing by and enjoying the wonderful morning breeze. Free WiFi is available although mine was tricky at times maybe because my room was at the end of corridor with sporadic poor signal reception. One thing above all the important parameters to choose The Ring Hotel for my next trip is the incredible staff most specially at the front desk. They were smiling all the time, attentive and helpful. I will not forget my stay in THE RING and am looking forward to go back again.
Highly recommended

Our thanks to Philippe and the staff at the Ring. We spent 5 delightful days in Vienna this July. The hotel was centrally located, accessible to everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was very tastefully appointed and spotless. Exercise room was nice with a view of the rooftops of the city. Breakfast at the outdoor cafe right on the Ringstrasse was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visitng Vienna (a wonderful city to visit by any measure).

This is a great hotel to stay in Vienna.
The attic room we had was spacious and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is separate to the toilet (always handy when not travelling alone). The complimentary internet is a bit slow and I would recommend paying the small fee for a faster connection.
Location wise, you really couldn't ask for better, one block from the U station and the city precinct.
