Not the best, but certainly a fun place to enjoy the biggest schnitzel in the world. You'll hear lots of different languages being spoken. It's a small place, but a classic little Austrian pub, for lack of a better term. Hard to be critical, because it's simply just a fun place. If you want fine dining, this is not it. If you want some classic Austrian fare, with some simple local white wine to wash down your schnitzel, and a classic Potato salad with pumpkinseed oil dressing, in the heart of the old city, this is the place. What amazes me, is the consistency. I come here once a year for the last 20 years. It's always the same. Never exciting, very consistent, classic, touristy, but not in the American mall food since. Just a fun place for an amazing schnitzel.
Best recommendation is to take advantage of your jet lag and go at off hours to avoid the crowds. If you do that, it's much more leisurely.
