I have been to FABIOS many times throughout many years of their existence. The food was always quality, italian with a fine-cousine twist. Very sufficient and quality wine list. Yes, Fabios is not the cheapest place in town, but you get consistently good and tasty culinary experience. The owner (Fabio) seems to be always there; sometimes a little too fat, sometimes thinner, but with a colorful personality and curtesy. Fabios is just a half-minute short walk form Julius Mainel store. It is also a great place to have a nice cocktail before your dinner, as you enter the restaurant through a sizable, nice bar with some stunning Austrian ladies sipping on their drinks.
