One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in in Europe! Spacious, modern, and very clean rooms. Location, while not in the center of the city, was an easy 10 minute walk into town. Near the beatiful Belvedere mansion which is not to be missed! Great value and outstanding accomodations!

This was my very first trip to Austria. Well this seemed to be a 4 star property located a bit away from the Ring. The tram stop is within close walking distance & it's a pleasure to travel by tram here. However as per Austrian standards the room was really spacious. It was raining & a bit cold at the time of arrival however there is no swimming pool or hot water Whirlpool / Jacuzzi. The lobby is also really big & bright.

The hotel claims to have leather shoe-shine machines on every floor but these are not easy to locate. The electronic Safe Deposit locker was already locked & the hotel officials couldn't manage to get the same opened in 3 full days inspite of a reminder & finally i had to use the one in the lobby at the reception. The staff will take from you in writing all your details, room no. & the contents you place in there & will give you a photocopy of the same. The risk you run is that if you loose this photocopy letter then you cannot access your valuable belongings.

There is a Gym which you can use from 7.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. The best part is that at the lounge in the lobby there are 3 Computers with free Internet 24 hrs of unlimited use. Portage charges are payable for transporting luggage between lobby & room which one does not realise at the time of checkin since you may feel that this is normal courtesy in the hospitality industry.

The standard rooms have an alarm clock. The Tea - Coffee maker with creamer & sugar sachets is provided complimentary but subject to availability. You need to go down to the reception to get the electric kettle that too if available after signing the register.

Outgoing local calls from the room are chargeable, Mini Bar / Fridge in the room does not contain ice tray. Tap water is safe & portable for drinking.

There are some small bars & coffee joints at a walkable distance from the hotel. Overall i felt that the hotel is under staffed. The nearest railway station is a very close to the this hotel & all kinds of shops are there especially for having breakfast, etc.

The breakfast was fantastic with an amazing spread with some vegetarian options too. You can take some whole fruits with you if you are in a mood to eat later. The property, lobby, room & bathroom are all kept really clean.

Lastly you need a taxi if you want to enjoy nightlife since those locations especially Golden Time are far away.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Schloss Belvedere. It is a former factory, redone with finesse and style. The furnishings are modern and elegant. Yet, the hotel lacks a personal flair. That withstanding, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the service at the front desk is efficient. No complaints about the room or bathroom. There is a spa, but we didn't check it out. If you want a clean, modern, and safe hotel, then this is for you.

Excellent rooms, decent bar and attractive public spaces. Only one computer with printer. Did not have breakfast felt it was overpriced. Draw back it takes 20 Min's good walk into town centre opera house. Tram can be caught outside. Brilliant park gardens very close.
