This is an excellent hotel. It is well run and has a nice restaurant as well. It is small and very well designed. The room was excellent, clean, well designed and had a comfortable bed. It is an upscale hotel. It is easy to get to the major attractions in Vienna from this hotel as the rail system is close and easy to grasp after a few minutes. We are well travelled and know the good and the bad. This is a very good hotel, not a 5 star but very very good. You should not have qualms about stayiing here. One minor beef is that the Wi Fi is weak and the signal kept cutting out. The back up is to go down stairs and use their computer or just use the broadband on the smart phone.

This is not part of a major group and hence undiscovered. Nice little gem in a perfect location in equidistance to the center of the city and the lively and more down to earth seventh and eighth district with lots of small shops and restaurants. A highlight is the exquisite breakfast in a modern architecture bar/lounge. We'll be back.

My room was the size of a public bathroom in Vienna, a far cry from the pictures the hotel advertised with couches and a 'seating area'. When I had my suitcase out on the floor, I had to walk over the suitcase to get to the bathroom. Considering the price and location (you basically have to take public transit there), you can probably do better in Vienna.

Dear Madam/Sir,

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the inconveniences caused about the fact that you have been checked into a room that does not meet your expectations.

Due to the structural environment not all of the rooms are of the same size. If we are not fully booked an upgrade to another room category is always an option.

We spent 3 nights in July and loved the hotel. We were greeted by a team of friendly staff who were all very helpful in answering all our questions and requests. The decor of this hotel and rooms had a modern feel (just my style!) that made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are a bit small but sufficient and very clean for any stay.

The hotel is situated in a quieter neighborhood, about 10-15 min walk from the main tourist hub. It is great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing but not too convenient when trying to find a dinner location.

I would definitely stay here again for my next viist.

Stayed here as part of a mini-break and was happy with the choice. It was an uber modern hotel, clean with exceptionally friendly staff who were always happy to help.

Breakfast was the usual continental set up, we had dinner in the restaurant which was a bit messed about with for our tastes but if you like your cordon bleu tiny portion dining experience - knock yourself out!!

Was two mins from the museum quarter and about 20 mins from the opera house. We really struggled to find restaurants, especially those open past 8pm!!

I think Vienna likes to go to bed early!!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in june. Overall I really like this hotel, it is boutique size, very clean with nice smell , front desk Eva is super friendly and helpful.

PROS:
lovely scent everytime i walk into my room
super high ceiling
clean room, spotless
great space for standard room
nicely designed and modern bathroom (clear sindow walls, might need some more privacy with friends)
breakfast has a lot of varieties and situated in a very airy and lovely space

CONS:
the shade is not blackout enough, the sun runs in every morning to wake us up
some technical problems with cable tv while we were there but they were nice enough to offer us free movies
i find the staff are always talking loudly in the hallway and the house keeping start cleaning next door bright early in the morning (8-9ish)
if you get up early then its fine but i would like to get up naturally then it's not possible.
thin walls too...
i wish it is a bit more center

but i would definitely come back again
