I booked my stay here with booking.com and specifically chose "no prepayment" option like I always do for all my bookings but the hotel chose to block an amount anyway, and then subsequently cancelled my booking. I just rebooked it and it didn't get cancelled.
The hotel has stairs immediately when you enter so you have to leave all your luggage for the porter. While the hotel does have some nice touches, the bathroom did not have a shower cap. It's such a basic thing, which annoyed me greatly, how can they skimp over it.
Bed was ok, bedding minimal and individual even for what was a double bed. Felt like sleeping in a child's room.
The breakfast selection was weak, I'm comparing it to the hotels I visit over 20 times a year on business. If you're a vegetarian or eat healthy you will have minimal options.
I liked that they have a 24 hr gym and sauna in the building. And you can use your robe provided in the room for it.
Overall it was an average experience for me. And had I known all this info before hand, I'd not have booked here.
