Owner description: Unique acoustics in baroque ambience, rousing sounds on period instruments united with the beauty and power of great music. An insider's tip in the city of art and culture, which ensures an exceptional evening to all music lovers and represents one of the highlights during a Vienna visit. The St. Anne Church is a historical proof of the beauty and playfulness of the Baroque. It provides a magnificent and authentic atmosphere and lends the concert a high-quality and refined setting. Thereby, the music achieves exceptional quality that leads the audience to dreamy listening. Our musicians acquired their art skills at some of the best-known music academies in Europe and play in concerts with renowned Viennese orchestras. Do not miss an attendance, because selected works by Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven and other composers who have lived and worked in Vienna are best interpreted in our cycle of concerts. The classical concerts are presented in the form of string quartets and include specific pieces of chamber music - in this context we present on selected days Franz Schubert's greatest work of chamber music "Death and the Maiden" on historical instruments, which we highly recommend.

St. Anne's holds evening violin concertos several days a week. The church is beautiful with excellent acoustics. It is an intimate setting. If you want to enjoy some classical music and embrace the Viennese culture, this is a great place to do it.

We searched the web to find the best concert for us. I'm glad that we ended up booking this one.

We were looking for one that is elegant, not too long, not too formal (but not too casual) concert. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The musicians were amazing and the performance was great.

I would recommend it to anyone who is in the city looking for this type of experience.

Few things:

The church has no restroom. So make sure you are good before or have some change to use the restroom at the near by Burger King. The church was little bit hot; so be aware of that.

While in Vienna a must do is to attend a concert or opera. My daughter and I chose this concert and we absolutely loved it! The church is breathtaking and provides a perfect backdrop for classical music. We liked that the concert was 1 hour in length. The musicians were amazing!

A real must if you are visiting Vienna. We went to the Thursday concert with historical instruments, the 4 instruments really fill the church and the music was a real pleasure to listen to. The church is lovely and we went back the following day to have a better look round. The concert was not too long nor too short and well worth price both in terms of the setting and the quality of the performance. Would happy go again.

The venue of this concert was breath-taking and it's worth it to arrive a little early just to explore! The concert itself was wonderful and just the right length (1 hour), and the musicians were AMAZING!! I didn't rate this a 5 because of two things. First was that the Uber driver had a very hard time finding this location. It's in an alley and difficult to see. Perhaps some info on the booking site about the obscurity of the location would be warranted. Second was that the pew seats are incredibly uncomfortable, and you almost wish the concert would end quickly so you can stop fidgeting! Bring your own pillow!!!
