we went to Loca for dinner, having read the numerous good reviews. The very knowledgeable and friendly waiter recommended the Euro 46 six course menu, and was able to adapt one or two dishes to our taste and preferences. For example, I had a spicy beef tartare instead of a soup. He made us taste - free of charge - an Austrian bio white wine, which was excellent, so we took a bottle. The menu is really good value for money, and the chef clearly has some talent. The red mullet and quail dishes were small but delicious.
The only quibble we had was that the party of eight at an adjacent table, which celebrated a birthday, was smoking basically non-stop, so we moved from the terrace to inside the restaurant after a while. But that wasn't in any way the restaurant's fault....
