The rooms are tiny. All the windows are closed and it stinks by night time when everyone is in the room. The staff is just awful, not welcoming and def not smiling nor showing any will to help and explain about the city. The location is great though and itt is fairly clean. There is no common room to hang out and the reception is across the street which makes it a bit uncomfortable. U better pay mabye 2 euros more and really enjoy your stay in other place..

I arrived early in the morning in Vienna and the reception works from 9-12, so I had to wait outside to check-in. After the check in, the guy gave me the key to the room. Actually there are 3 rooms together, only the last one has a door, so everyone sleeps on the hall. No privacy at all. No space for people to talk with each other without making noise for the guys that are in the other rooms. The staff was also not friendly. It's a cheap hostel tough. So if u just want bed and shower and don't care about people passing by while u sleep, that's fine.

The only excellent thing about this hostel was it's great location.

We stayed in a dorm of four and it was so tiny! The kitchen was also very small and there were no common rooms. There was a computer but it didn't work. Our room was in a different building than the reception and we had to climb hundreds of steps to get there! (Or at least it felt like hundreds with our heavy luggage.) The toilets and showers were ok. The rooms were a bit shabby but not too unclean.

This hostel was tolerable, but really nothing special. I bet there are plenty of nicer hostels in Vienna, but I can recommend this if you only want a place to sleep in the heart of the city.

Well easy to find.. Had a relaxed Stay on mixed dorms of four, Free complimentary Tea/Coffee on table, a small kitchen with Fridge and Desktop near you... The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable beds.

Hostel is located in the city centre, 10 minutes by foot from main tourist attractions like Opera or Kunsthistorisches Museum. At the beginning I found the entrance to the hostel and then the reception, which is on another street. Labyrinth is one of the cheapest in Vienna but you receive a standard hostel quality plus a basic breakfast (coffee and tea, toasts, jam). Free wi-fi in the rooms.

For its value Labyrinth is definitely worth staying.
