The hotel is located relatively close to the city center. You can get to the center walking for about 20 minutes through a beautiful central street or just take metro, 3 stations and you are there!
The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are nicely designed. Service in nice but "cold".... We paid discounted tariff due to the hotels reopening after reconstruction so for us it was a great value for the money (60 euro per night). I do not know how about the normal rate...

I spend in the hotel 3 nights with my teenager son at August 2012. The hotel has potential to be very good, it is located comfortably at the center of the city of Vienna, close to subway and tram stations. it looks nice and the rooms are OK.
I gave average rank since the water in our shower didn't go down smoothly and we had to stop the water from time to time to avoid flooding, when I tried to call the reception there was no answer for few minutes (I must say that it didn't happend every time I called the reception) and when I went down to inform them regarding the problem nothing was done. In addition I asked for twin room, the reception said that they will send someone to separate the beds and they didn't so we gave up.
with all that the problems were not critical and we enjoyed our stay.
BTW, if you go there take a shampoo since the hotel doesn't deliver shampoo to the rooms.

I and my wife was in this hotel for 3 days.
Bathroom door doesn't closed!
TV not working. Receptionist says....Take a look at the city.
Great locations but I never come back.
I didn't know how poor Leonardo's services can be.

We stayed for 5 nights at the start of August and found many of the reviews here to be accurate.

Having paid extra for a superior room with lounge access, we were told that the lounge was out of action due to a 'broken tv' ( it turned out the lounge hadn't been built yet!)

Staff were very rude and unhelpful but after persistence we were upgraded to a suite which luckily was finished. Room was lovely and the parts of the hotel which are complete have been done to a nice standard.

Breakfast buffet was brilliant with a huge selection of things, and the location is brilliant for exploring the city.

When it's finished (and they train their staff) it will be a nice hotel!

Room Tip: If your room isn't finished, ask for an upgrade.

we stayed in this new opened hotel 2 nights.
At the beginning the lady in the front desk looked surprised that we arrived and told us that we shuld arrived a day before...We gave her our vaucher with dates and all the details and with no any apology she gave us...the wrong room!!
But this was just the start of a fiasco:
We found that the toilet/shower glass door can not be closed because....it was to short!!! and not suitable!
The front desk menager told me:"I am sorry but we have bought to short doors"-which is the most radiculus explanation i have ever heard!! If your hotel is not completed -dont open it for guests! again- we have got no any apollogy for the uncomfortability and lack of privacy.

I am not going to return to this hotel never!!!

Room Tip: My only tip is: Dont go to this hotel unless they will improve their rooms and service

We stayed 3 nights in July. It was getting its final touches from a major renovation so we stayed in brand new rooms with good design (decor was not even finished in rooms and hallways but we did not care about it since we we were the first to use the facilities) the front desk lady (dark hair, severe looks) was very rude not only to us but got complains from several costumer. The staff needs better training and needs to learn to be more polite and answer basic question with a smile an proper demeanor.

Maybe in 6 month and with better staff training this would be a hotel to recommend NOT NOW. Wifi only in Lobby.

It is very conveniently located close to train station and shopping area and to major attractions.
