There are a few things I would like to point out to the readers of Trip Advisor. Overall, this restaurant presents good food and not-so-reasonable pricing. The Chapati is true wheat bread and curry taste are the plus points of this eating joint. Keep away from "Channa Masala Curry" (it is most stupid way of cooking this curry) and of course, Indian delicacy "Masala Chai". Both were terrible.

Good ambience, friendly staff and decent service are strong points of this restaurant. Located not far from down town, this little restaurant has many local customers who come to dine Indian delicacies.

Enjoy the taste of Indian food!!!

Jeeva

Very well cooked Indian food. Service very prompt.

Small restaurant and well managed. The service staff was attentive and never did we need to ask for them to come to our table. They were there after periodic intervals to check on how we were doing.

We ordered Daal, chicken and ladyfingers (okra) and all were fresh prepared and spice levels were mild but still at a level where taste was not compromised.

I will make a small mention here since I travel with children. The WCs were sparkling clean and this is quite unusual for an Indian restaurant.

We went here for a quick lunch here. The location is very central closer to all the monuments.
The food is little expensive as it is in every other restaurant in Vienna.
The food was excellent and especially their nan bread is very soft and fresh and delicious. It melts in your mouth. The vegetables were good too we all liked the food very much. It is owned and run by Mr. Singh who is from Lucknow so the food is quite authentic. We were treated very nicely. Only one little negative comes to mind is that when I got the bill there were one Euro charge per person for using dishes and napkins. When asked they said it is cover charge. I did not like that. They should put it in the menu that there will be one Euro cover charge.
But overall very nice restaurant.

Walked in the restaurant, close to Holiday Inn, Vienna City. Prompt & courteous service. Decent Indian food [being an Indian, I know]. Good portions. Slightly pricey compared to other eateries in the area. Patronized by a lot of locals. Nearly full, both times I visited the place. Worth a visit, if in the area & yearn for Indian food.
