book early on line to secure best price and you will not be sorry. Breakfast is expanded buffet with lots of options (meats, cheeses, eggs, breads, juices, etc). We (2) stayed here for 4 nights rooms are adequate, hair dryer is provided, staff gave wife coffee pot to make her own hot water at night. staff speaks English, desk is manned 24 x7, rooms have cable TV, hotel located 200 meters walking from Praterstern station for U1 and U2 rail system plus Train S-7 goes to airport within 30 minutes and you only need to buy outer zone ticket for 2 Euros to cover travel outside Vienna city limits from any Tabak shop. There is Tabak in the Prater station. Also have ticket dispensing machine in station with English page. You are near Prater Ferris wheel and amusement park. Several grocery stores are within 100 feet of hotel entry. Hotel entry is marked by hanging flags. Building has been updated (elevator, new paint, carpet, good bedding, scale to weigh your luggage, shoe shine machine/brush, daily newspapers in several languages) and heating system works great, we were there in late March in room 352 when temp outside was running at 24 to 30 degrees F at night. Plenty of hot water. Closest station is Praterstern but you can also walk from U1 Nestrtoyplatz. Hotel also offers parking on site and garage parking. If you are using Vienna public transportation system then this is a great hotel to use when visiting Vienna. Easy access for getting around town because you do not want to drive into city center.

Room Tip: ask for inside courtyard rooms facing their garden space. can do breakfast outside on patio deck. ho...

Right you will not be at Inner Strasse but will still be staying at a very nice hotel in a convenient location just 2 stops of Saint Stephen via the metro. The staff were very helpful and hospitable. The rooms are good, clean, bathrooms are modernly updated, great water pressure in shower. The breakfast choice is phenomenal and the staff are very attentive. They have 2 convenient markets in your way to the metro. Great hotel, great staff and value for your money.

An excellent hotel, conveniently located, spotlessly clean, with a very rich breakfast buffet. Very polite staff. 3 minutes walk to the metro station. We got a room facing an inner yard and it was very quiet during the nights and most of the days, in spite of the fact that there was some restoration going in the other part of the hotel. A reliable WiFi connection - not a single problem during 5 days stay.

We liked this hotel but wished we had stayed nearer the Inner Strasse. It is true that is very very convenient to the public transportation but the neighborhood, being so close to the train station has some strange people milling about. The train station is a bit seedy. Also, we wanted to hear some classical music but the attendant at the desk only directed us to a concert that she would get a commission from. We wanted to hear music at Musikvein and she steered us away from that . When we went there anyway, there were plenty of tickets at half the price of the very advertised music and dance review that she was pushing. I

Room Tip: We were in the front of the hotel. It has good windows that keep out the street noise

Overall a great place, I would give it 5 stars, if not for the claustrophobic feeling. The room was very small, and the toilet was crazy, I could literally touch both walls with my elbows extended. That can be a problem when you try to get to the toilet past the sink... it IS crowded in there. The shower was also crowded. Apart from that, great staff, great facilities, very clean, very nice designed, and I recommend it.

We have stayed in many hotels using Trip Advisor and the reviews on this one are "spot on". We loved this hotel. It is very convenient to take the train from the airport. And there is a metro stop close by to get to the center of town very easily. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were in the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices. We would stay here again!!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the back of the hotel. It appears that they are updating the rooms. We stayed in a...
