This is an unusual hotel. The common rooms and bar are of high quality, but the bedorrom are at best basic. the hotel is well sited and fine for one day trip but reallythe rooms would be considered too small for anything longer. There is a restaurant with staff that are officious and food that is basic at best. The hotel is probably good value for money - but that needs to be balanced with the negatives.

Room tip: There are uypgraded rooms available. I did not see one but think this would be a sensible option here.

If you have the possibility to find another one do it!
The standard room is vey bad with a bed like in a ship, but at least it was clean!Bathroom very small with nothing special in it!Even the pillows are very bad and you have to ask for another one
The joke is that they are promoting the superior rooms in the hotel by advertising them!
Breakfast not good with no variaty and the coffee also not good, for sure breakfast for 3 stars
Menu served at the restaurant was ok but nothing special!
At the bar one drink( whiskey ) 9,40 euro very expensive, no service and no peanuts.
The emloyees at the reception were very polite and helpful

Room tip: Vienna is glamourous so your hotel must be too and sure not this one

I spent a weekend in tnis hotel, it is excellent value for money and location is great, you dont have to use public transport to get to the city centre, everything is near. But if you wont, metro station is right in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfast was also very good.

Stayed here with a tour group, so hotel was picked by tour company. Our allocated room was very basic, we were told by tour company this was a 4 star hotel but not so. Bathroom was clean but quite small, mattress on bed very uncomfortable as well as pillow. Also queen bed had two separate single donnas which was most unsuitable for a goodnights sleep (this may be the european style?). Breakfast was ok but this hotel obviously caters to lots of tour groups, so was very busy at this time. if you want a budget hotel then this hotel would be in that category.
