Nice place for brunch- clean, staff well organized. The food was great, but I would recommend better deserts. All in all- a nice place to have Sunday brunch with friends,

A very nice buffet is served every day from 10 to 15:00 with abundant food.
Good cakes and lovely athmosphere. The decor reminds french cafes. The cafe is close to the flea market and the food market and to Mariahilfer street.

I am hesitating between Average and Very good rating because we ate there twice and the second time, unfortunately, was not as good as the first time. We were very happy during our first visit with both the excellent service (a waitress speaking French) and the quality of food (a marvellous éclair à la vanille!) and drinks. It really felt like in France and that's why we came back some two months later. The waiter did not speak French (and struggled with English too), but he forgot to bring one meal out of the two ordered. My friend is a local, and they communicated in German, so there's no way the half of the order was lost in translation. We had crepes, but they were nothing special and tasted rather like Czech or Hungarian pancakes than real French crepes. No disaster, but we do not feel like coming back again.

Disappointing. The best area for seating is the smoking area which is prehapy the first drawback. The second is the service and the third the food. Neither of us have perfect German - my mother tongue is English and my friend's is French - but to be honest the staff did not seem very French or able to understand French. We ordered one set menu and one Quiche and salad. The onion soup on the set menu was thin and watery with a miserable slither of toast and cheese. The wrong Quiche was brought and then replaced a few minutes later. The microwave is used for these which produces luke warm Quiches and soggy pastry. The content of my Quiche Lorraine was edible but not very authentic, more like an egg custard with cubes of Speck. The accompanying "salad" was really just salad decoration - a tiny slice of tomato and a few lettuce leaves. There is an adequate offer of wines by the glass, but there was an attempt to charge us for two additional glasses of wine which we had not ordered or received. Service was not exactly attentive. I am surprised by those who suggest this is good value. Really? €8.50 for a slice of Quiches and salad decoration? They should get out more.

I suggest to go there on an empty stomach: the 12 euros brunch is very convenient, and the food is tasty and abundant...
sore spots? it’s quite crowded and the service it’s pretty slow...
