This restaurant is known for its Wiener schnitzel, and for good reason! Most delicious we've tried so far - melt in your mouth delicious! The tafelspitz (boiled beef) was also excellent, a traditional Viennese dish. Tables outside, they were able to take us without reservations on a Sunday night (but maybe not when the opera is open).

I liked their Veal Schnitzel. I also shared the deep fried chicken which my wife ordered, I also loved it. The service is good. I would go again. I would make reservation before going there. Make sure to ask for a table outside next to the sidewalk, really nice.

We went here twice over our five day stay and both times found the service excellent and the food to be great quality and very tasty indeed. I think it's good value for money considering it's located so close to the Opera. You can get both typical Austrian food and non-traditional food and both were absolutely lovely. There is a modern and buzzy atmosphere whilst also being intimate and relaxing.

The only reason I gave this a 4 is because, well, nowhere is completely perfect, and also I didn't find any of their desserts particularly different or interesting. In a city which specialises in pretty much any cake you could wish for in life, I think they need to do more here. But for starters and mains, this place nails it.

We stopped for a drink here and had a great table outside. The service was outstanding and our waiter was a character. He was kind enough to help out when additional family joined us for a drink. A must if you are in the neighborhood. The food looked delicious and we will be back to eat soon!

I thought Figlmueller and co could not be topped but tonight's meal did. So succulent and tender and crispy batter. Service was excellent and friendly and efficient from start to finish. Sitting outdoors was lovely and they turned on heaters as it was a windy and cooler day. Coming from Switzerland, the cheap prices here blow me away! Probably higher end for Vienna but for us, top value for money. Reserve ahead and the goose liver creme brulee style as starter is divine, as well as the pancakes for dessert.
