The hotel had a great Gustav Klimt theme and the staff were very nice. The room I had was very nice (great bed, pillows and bedding) but the shower was a little odd. The acctual shower had a door into the room, then the sink and toilet were separate, with another door to the room. They weren't connected.

However, must say the actual shower was very large and good and both doors were glass with Klimt paints on them which was unusual and very pretty.

Overall it was a great stay and the location was good. 3 minutes from underground train station and city hall.

GENERAL: My friend and I had spent a night at this hotel and found our stay was great.

ROOM: very spacious, clean and quiet. The room has been divided into 3 parts by two doors in between the bedroom and the bathroom areas. Bathroom is well equipped and model. A very nice room to stay in a pretty good condition.

SERVICE: staffs are friendly and welcoming.

LOCATION: very close to metro station and walking distance to certain key sightseeing points. However, the hotel itself was pretty hard to locate with the instruction of the direction provided by the hotel. (tips: better locate the hotel on your map in advance or prepared to ask local people for direction upon your arrival)

PRICE: It was very reasonable as we booked this hotel at a discounted rate.

This is a great place to stay in Vienna! Very close to the city centre and the main attractions, yet on a very quiet street. It's not for partying people, it is for those who appreciate a very comfortable and elegant place to stay, full of taste, welcoming and quiet. The breakfast, although not included in the room fare, was definitely the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel! All in all, a truly wonderful experience! We totally recommend it!

Room Tip: Superior rooms are spacious and comfy.

Very good hotel for a two or three night city trip to Vienna. Right in the center of the town about 15 minutes to Stephansdom and about 4 minutes to the next metro station.
Rooms are nice and clean. Quality of beds is very good. We would go back anytime when traveling to Vienna again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
