In general, the hotel is nice. All the rooms are old fashionable but quite cleaned. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet are very nice. Some furniture should be changed as well as the lift and the sockets which are too old. I think when I was there, there was also a problem with the ventilation system as the smell of the food was in the common spaces. It's not exactly in the city center. Wifi is very slow in he rooms. Maybe the receptionists should be more professional, as there was a guy who asked me why a tour guide was not with us and if it was due to money problem... In general, everything can be improved.

The place is good and well situated, just 15 minutes walking from the center in a really calm neibourhood, supermarket really close and tram/,bus and metro as well.

What make me really happy was the staff! Really friendly and worried about our stay! Congratulations to all of them!

I was really disappointed. Bellevue Hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it is more like a 2-star hotel. Worst value for money of any hotel I've stayed in Central Europe.

The Bad:
- HORRIBLE BEDS (bad quality and very old - you can feel every spring inside)
- NO OR VERY SLOW WIFI (it is often not available, very slow at best)
- Odours (the whole hotel has an old food smell)

The Good:
- large rooms with large windows
- decent breakfast (but no fresh fruit or vegetables)

We booked this hotel for a weekend break. Although it was not in the city centre it was close to public transport and easy to get to. This didn't really bother us as we like to walk and spent a lot of time walking into the city centre.
The hotel is a mixture of old and new having been recently extended. This has led to a very peculiar layout with the lifts not going to all the floors. However, despite this the room was clean and warm and the bed was very very comfortable. tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as hairdryer. The shower was excellent but if used in the morning the hot water can go if a lot of people are showing at the same time.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Catered for all dietary needs and tastes from fruit and cereal to a cooked option with everything in between. The buffet is regularly replenished so there is no need to rush down to breakfast which runs from 6am to 10am so early risers and lay ins are catered for.
We only had one meal in the restaurant in the evening. The kitchen closes at 9.30pm and judging by the lack of people that use the dinner option I can see why.
The menu is limited but wholesome and well cooked. Unfortunately the bar also closes at 10pm but as this is a family orientated hotel there is no need for late night drinking as this can be done if required in local hostelries.
The staff were friendly and attentive and all spoke English and the rooms were cleaned each day.
Overall not high class but clean comfortable and functional and we wouldn't hesitate to go stay there again.

Room Tip: The lift doesn't go to all the floors so if you have mobility issues ask for a room on a floor served by lift.

Situated a 5 minute walk from Central Area this hotel has all you would wish. Our room had no views but was of a high standard and looked recently furbished.
Buffet Breakfast offered bacon sausage egg and fruit plus bread pastries in the price. Staff very friendly. Not a place for late night dining or drinking. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent transport system on the doorstep. Definitely recommend.
