I recently went to this hotel for a conference and spent two nights there.
The rooms are fairly well equipped with all the usuals you'd expect in a Hilton business hotel. The beds are comfortable, the showers clean and the TV has the standard international selection.
The room service was reasonable in terms of price (for room service that is), however the quality of the food left something to be desired (not bad, but just not worth the price).
The cost of wi-fi is typical for a Hilton and outragously expensive - EUR20 for 24 hours of moderate speed wi-fi. As the wi-fi stopped working for three hours, I pointed out that I can have 50MB broadband for a month for less than they're charging and it works - the fee was refunded!
The hotel boasts an outdoor pool which is very nice (in the summer anyway!) as well as al-fresco drinking/dining which (except for the smokers) is also nice.
What lets the hotel down are two things. Firstly it's location. On the one hand it's lovely being on the Danube, however you're not exactly in central Vienna - and getting there by foot isn't the nicest of walks and certainly not something I'd recommend doing at night.
Secondly the front-desk service was pretty bad. Phones went unanswered, and it took me about 15 minutes to check out as (a) a cabin crew were checking in but more importantly (b) there was only one person on the desk and only one PC was working.
Relating to the level of service, I specifically requested a quiet room, but was allocated one on top of the freight railway line that runs outside the hotel!
Overall, this is a reasonable hotel with reasonable prices (EUR165 per night excluding breakfast), but you can probably get something just as nice that's more central.
