Was on business in Vienna and so on a solo adventure (*sigh*) but was tempted in to the restaurant. Very friendly service (not always true in Vienna) and service was prompt with no attempt to humilate the solo diner :)
My german is poor so waitressing staff rallied to speak perfect english to the guiri. Unfortunately food choices were poor
- spring rolls didn't have enough filling
- soup was fantastic - albeit the wrong coconut soup was brought)
- unfortunately the duck and basil rice was too hot (well it was 'viele scharf') to appreciate it all properly but the duck certainly was amazing - very flavourful and juicy.
Would recommend but would like to go back and do better myself on the choices. The above with a glass of wine and coffee cost just under 30 euros.
