Very basic hotel in my opinion. Room was small (I guess that's kinda the norm in Europe!) and the doors are in your face all the time!! Small and uncomfortable bath tub. There is no concierge. Some of the staff seemed to be bothered when we had questions and they weren't really knowledgable. Location was OK considering that wherever you are in Vienna, you are close to a Metro/strassebahn station. So I don't think this hotel is has an extraordinary location. The WiFi did not work AT ALL anywhere in the hotel. The room was clean though.

Nice small hotel in a good location considering the price. Just a 3 minute walk to Mariahilferstrasse which is a great shopping street, and a minute walk to the next U-Bahn(Subway) station, and by taking the U3 there to Stephansplatz you're downtown within 5 minutes from stepping on the train.

Room was clean and Lobby staff helpful, very good overall.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price within easy distance, 4 subway stops from the centre. We had reserved a non-smoking room, but someone had obviously smoked there recently. The promised Wifi only worked intermittently and the reception staff was not interested in solving the problem. The room had no ammenities like a coffee maker. There is no AC. which, is a real problem during hot weather.

You get a lot at this hotel for a very reasonable price. The hotel is located two blocks from the nearest U-bahn station and the largest shopping street in Vienna, Mariahilferstrasse. The hotel offers garage parking for less than you would pay on the street, and there is a small grocery store and several restaurants within two blocks on Webgasse, which is very convenient for picking up cheap snacks or drinks. The room was a good size, the bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and I did not have any problems with the size of the shower. The free WiFi worked well, and the room had a fold-down workspace/shelf in addition to the desk. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the first district, where most of the tourist sites are located. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall, this was a great bargain for a large city like Vienna.
