It is in the outskirts of vienna. very faaaaaar away from the city cenrtre. Its clean but if you travel with children and for the first time to vieena, I dont recommend it at all. There are many austria trend hotels . Just choose the perfect one.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on a school music tour. We had a coach bus so the long drive into the city wasn't to bad. It is right by a few gas stations and a golf course. I don't recommend a solo traveller stay there, but if you are with a tour group you will be fine.

We stayed at the Apartmenthotel in July with a large group of American teenagers. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, but there are some things prospectives travellers should be aware of. The hotel is at the outskirts of the city, although it is easy to get there on public transportation. Maid service, though daily, does not do much more than change your towels (no clean sheets daily). Also, although the rooms have refrigerators and stoves, the hotel does not provide any of the utensils you need to use these amenities. I understand that they can be rented for an additional 7 euros a day, though when I asked for a tea kettle, I was greeted with blank stares.
There is also only one iron in the entire hotel. They have two washing machines and dryers, but it cost 16 euros (yes 16 euros) to do one load of laundry. In short, this is not an ideal extended stay hotel.
The breakfast is very good and plentiful.
For the price, I don't think the hotel is a great value. We would not stay there again.
