The hotel is very interesting looking - each detail is pro-thought. The hipsterish paradise yet with Austrian chic touch. The staff (ALL of them, not only reception) is super friendly and really nice and helpful. The 1500 foodmakers restaurant on the first floor is really very nice place with yum food! We stayed in M room and it was a bit too tight. We had two luggage suitcases and literally had to jump over them to move in the room. Also no real wardrobe to put clothes in. So if you`re travelling with something bigger than backpack, consider a bigger room )
Hotel is well located - in Museums Quarter, only 7 min walk from Rathaus and soething around 20 min ealk to Inner CIty. What is also really great - it`s so remarkable building with huge letters on a rooftop - you`d easily catch it from far :)

Stayed: July 2017

We loved this hotel! If your looking for something a bit different this is the place!. Something to make you smile everywhere, loved all the little pictures and signs, someone put a lot of thought into this hotel. The roof top bar is a MUST! very funky, great cocktails and views from the outdoor terrace of Vienna. There is a retro Burger van in the garden that was great. We did nt get to eat in the restaurant which was a shame as the food looked lovely. The only down side was breakfast at 19 Euros which seemed expensive , but looked good, you could get it for 16 Euro if you booked it when you arrived for your entire stay. The location was good, you could easily walk into central Vienna or the subway was a few yards away , and was easy to understand ( in English ) . We never did get the hang of the trams though!. Can highly recommend the Central cafe , herrangasse for their cakes DIVINE! but get there early. We went to the Belvedere and Schloss Schrunbronn palace both beautiful and free to visit gardens. The horse drawn carriage was very special and horse's looked well cared for thankfully. I would defiantly go back to the 25hrs hotel and would highly recommend any one to stay there ( unless you don't like clowns or strange people on your walls!) Thankyou we had a great stay.

Room Tip: A view of the city if your high up

Dear sharonvelma

Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback. It really was a pleasure for us having you in the hotel. I really hope it was not your last time with us. Remember there is still a lot to explore in the city and even the hotel has still plenty things to explore for you.

Looking forward to your next stay

Lovely hotel and great rooms! Bar upstairs is fantastic!
BUT...if you are moving forward with modern design and concepts then PLEASE include VEGAN food in your menus. We pieced together a dinner in the restaurant but wished there was something more appropriate. We paid 50 EURO for the buffet breakfast and all that we could eat was cereal, bread, and jam. I asked three people if there was something more and no one seemed to be concerned at all and finally a nice waiter went to the kitchen and tried to add a little something for our breakfast. For 50 EURO this was unfortunate.

We want to give you our money. Please make food for all of us who are saving the planet and animals by choosing a vegan diet.

Dear Lisa N

Thank you very much for your review and your feedback. Be assured that I will pass on your wishes to our kitchen chef. We do try our very best to offer a huge variety on food. I hope you understand that vegan is special way of life which needs special attention which is not always easy for us to fulfill.

We hope we can show some improvement to you on your next stay.

Stayed here with my partner a couple of weeks ago. It's a quirky hotel situated around the museum district. Staff were friendly at check-in (we got a taxi from Vienna train station, cost about 20 euros), and we were upgraded to a bigger room with a decent sized balcony. To walk into the city centre probably takes about 20 minutes and it's a nice route in. The burger van which is part of the hotel is good - cheap and cheerful and handy for grabbing a quick bite to eat.
The breakfast is incredible. Every food you could wish for, including prosecco to make yourself bucks fizz/mimosas. It's not cheap at around 20 euros a day, although works out a little cheaper if you have it every day. We had a slight issue when we arrived in that the staff told us that breakfast was included for us which we were surprised at (we thought we had been upgraded again as it was our anniversary) but then we were charged for each day at the end of our stay. However when we advised the staff about their error they removed it from our bill.
Rooftop bar is nice to go up for a drink in the afternoon/evening, and has table service.
Overall a great place to stay, I'd recommend.

If you tired from the chain hotels and appreciate comfort and attention to details, then this hotel is the one to visit! Every detail in the room, in lobby, in corridor, in elevators will just hold your attention for a while. Hotel is very bright, might be difficult for some people , it has its own aroma. Rooms have everything what you might need, just look for it and switch on your phantasy. If the guys on reception are not very polite, don't pay attention, they might just be tired. Waiters in the restaurant will compensate it with the good service. Restaurant is must visit, menu is very interesting. If they only will improve service in reception we will be back there .
