Highly designed funky new hotel. The standard rooms albeit small are comfortable and creatively designed. There were some teething issues with the a/c at night which meant that the room was very hot but we were assured that this was being fixed. I personally found the pillows too soft and had to fold and pile them to get enough support. I highly recommend a breakfast inclusive rate as this offers great value from the extensive buffet, whilst dinner and drinks is also great fun as the restaurant always seemed to be packed. Pleasant staff and a good location complete this positive experience.

We stayed for 2 nights and when booking the room, the hotel renovation hadn't been finalized. So I checked several times via email if we could expect a calm stay or not. I received confirmation that nearly everything had been finalized, so I decides to stick with it.
I arrived early in the morning and got a nice welcome surprise by being upgraded to a suite (616) instead of the booked L-Room. The suite looked liked a cosy appartment, well equipped from kitchen, yoga mat, 2TVs, iPod dock etc. Only drawback is the tiny bedroom which makes opening the cupbpard difficult...and mind your head when going to the one side of the bed as the TV on the wall might be in your way! But apart from that: Really, really nice furniture etc.
We had breakfast 1 time and it was good as well. The terrace had not been officially open, but the weather was so great that they still served guests outside. Very flexible. We also had dinner there 1 night and food was good, but not overwhelming. Nice "Blaufränkischer" red wine however!
The famous "Dachboden": Well, service could be somewhat smarter (why first let wait guests...then ask them what they want...then hearing thatbguests want to see the menu first...etc...and this happened several times and I heard guests wondering about this. So why not bring the menu in the first place to make things easier and quicker for everyone? Bit really nice terrace and view over Vienna.
We didn't have time for the Spa unfortunately, but the quick glance we had was promising. It's 10 Euro extra for the whole stay..as the room rates are low, I think that is a fair offering.
What else? Kind reception staff, relaxed Atmosphere and location next to MQ, public transport etc. anf the nice Spittelberg area makes it a really good choice. Would definitely go back there again!

Room Tip: 616 suite was nice and relativeley quiet. Small bedroom.

We stayed at the 25hours in a combination work trip and family weekend. We have two young kids and so it is always a challenge finding a hotel room large enough and affordable enough to accommodate us. At €160 per night for a suite that has a small kitchenette (fridge, kettle, stove top burners, sink, etc.) it suited us perfectly.

We requested a room on a floor not right below the upstairs bar and I'm sure this made a difference. Maybe they expected we would be the loud ones as we were given a room at the far end of the hall and enjoyed peace and quiet every night.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel - both facilities and our room - were all clean and good looking. As has been said, if you have a clown phobia, this isn't the place for you. But that's about the only worry.

The location is also terrific. It's right around the corner from the subway and an easy short walk to the museums and centre of town.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were quite terrible. Not something to be up in arms about but definitely an area for improvement.

Possibly the only other drawback is we spent one evening having dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor and found it a bit disappointing. The food was okay but the service was indifferent at best. It becomes a busy place but standard things like keeping an eye out for people hoping to order, have plates cleared, etc. were obviously afterthoughts. It seems like a fairly new set up so maybe they're working out the kinks. But while we would certainly return to the hotel next time we are in Vienna, we wouldn't go to the restaurant.

This place is new, creative and very young. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are individually decorated with a Circus theme and it's really peculiar. The best part of it is the roof top bar with an amazing view over Vienna. It's just great to sit outside with such a view. It's walking distance from the most beautiful areas of Vienna, I would definitely go back.

I have stayed at this hotel during the first week of April. The hotel is not completed yet and several constructions were taking place during our stay, but we did not experience any problem because of that.
The location is perfect, next to museums quartier and to the metro.
Rooms are very nice decorated, although some room for the luggage is missing. In addition some amenities are needed in rooms and I hope that as soon as everything is finished they will be in place
The staff is very friendly and they always trying to help you. I liked the breakfast and I really enjoyed the roof bar, which most of the times is full from local people and it may be hard to find a place to sit.
